Job description
The role incumbent is focused on delivery in the area of Coding, executing, supporting, and documenting all assigned projects. The role is an individual contributor in a Project Team assigned to a specific geography. The incumbent is responsible for delivering to defined performance metrics and competencies, complying with defined processes, and adhering to defined work practices.
Responsible for reading, analyzing, and coding responses in a logical manner, ensuring required levels of accuracy and as per agreed timelines across different levels of complexity. Update line manager/Project Manager at agreed frequency, especially with risk to scope, time, or cost.
The candidate should possess the ability to self-review the verbatim text that has been coded. Proficiency in fundamental tools of Ascribe such as Coding pane and Code frame pane is essential. Understanding of MR Industry and the different phases would be an added advantage.
