Senior Product Designer

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead complex design initiatives and shape high-quality, customer-centered experiences across Karbon's product. As a senior individual contributor, you'll operate with autonomy, define problems, explore solutions, and deliver well-crafted designs end-to-end.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in product design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, interaction design, visual craft, and problem-solving across complex systems
• Proven ability to work autonomously on ambiguous problems and drive work forward with clarity and ownership
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Comfort balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Experience contributing to or working within established design systems
