Requirements
- Studying education science, media education, instructional design, business administration with a focus on personnel management, or a comparable course of study
- Experience in personnel development
- Structured approach, high analytical skills, and good communication and team skills
- Good MS-Office knowledge and German and English language skills, as well as negotiation skills
- Experience with digital tools for creating learning content and administering content in learning management systems
