We are looking for an engaged student to support the L&D team in developing global development programs, creating training materials, and working on projects to continuously develop the learning ecosystem.

Requirements

• Studying education science, media education, instructional design, business administration with a focus on personnel management, or a comparable course of study
• Experience in personnel development
• Structured approach, high analytical skills, and good communication and team skills
• Good MS-Office knowledge and German and English language skills, as well as negotiation skills
• Experience with digital tools for creating learning content and administering content in learning management systems
