Business Immigration Attorney - Remote | Contract Position

We're seeking a seasoned Business Immigration Attorney on a contract basis to assist our entrepreneurial clients in navigating U.S. immigration opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in business immigration law, particularly founder and investor visas.
• Active attorney license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Proven ability to handle immigration matters independently from start to finish.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and drafting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Operate with a business-first mindset: practical, fast-moving, and solution-oriented.
