Manager, GTM Strategy and Operations

Kaseya is seeking a Manager of Strategy, Planning, & Analytics to drive strategic and operational initiatives impacting customer base and customer-facing teams. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with operational skills and expertise in recurring revenue business models and B2B software.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in strategy, finance, investment banking / PE, or consulting
• Expertise in recurring revenue business models is a must have; familiarity with B2B software is a plus
• Strong analytical and modeling skills with ability to work across multiple sources of data
• Deep familiarity with finance or financial analytics; able to apply a financial lens to all strategic decision-making
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively
• Experience leading a team
• MBA or graduate degree in a quantitative field a plus
