
Job description
Join KCI as a Bridge Project Manager to lead large, complex bridge projects, coordinating with multidisciplinary design teams, subconsultants, contractors, vendors, and public-sector clients. This role requires a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and a seasoned project manager with experience in leading multi-phase bridge design, rehabilitation, inspection, or major structure projects.
Manage all aspects of bridge-related projects, including design staff, inspection teams, subconsultants, and suppliers to ensure successful completion. Develop and communicate the Project Management Plan, define scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, risk management strategies, and safety protocols specific to bridge and structural engineering work.
This role is ideal for a highly experienced leader with a track record of successful project delivery, strong organizational and time-management skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Bridge Project Manager will have the opportunity to mentor and support junior and mid-level Bridge Project Managers and Engineers, fostering growth within the bridge practice.
