Role Overview

Join KCI as a Dive Supervisor to lead and oversee underwater operations in support of marine and structural inspection, construction, and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for executing complex underwater work safely and efficiently.

What You Will Do

Serve as the designated Dive Supervisor on underwater projects, ensure compliance with ADCI, OSHA, and company standards, lead pre-dive briefings, and maintain oversight of the dive team.

Requirements

• ADCI Diver Supervisor Certification
• Commercial Diving Certification from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 6 years of diving experience, including 2+ years as a dive supervisor
• Strong knowledge of diving physics, physiology, and emergency response protocols
• Familiarity with surface-supplied air diving systems, underwater tools, NDT methods, and inspection reporting
• DOT-compliant medical examination and fitness to dive
