Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Behavioral Health Director of Nursing to join our team in Vancouver, WA. As the Director of Nursing, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services to our patients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required, Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in behavioral health nursing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations related to behavioral health services
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
