Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Previous experience with facility maintenance
• Knowledge of standard tools, equipment, materials, methods, and practices in building maintenance crafts
• Ability to use basic shop math applications
• Ability to read, interpret, and work from rough sketches, blueprints, and drawings
