Job Description
Kellanova is seeking a Maintenance Manager to develop and execute strategies for maintaining the plant's operations, ensuring financial stability and operational excellence. The role involves managing asset care programs, leading teams, and optimizing resource utilization for sustainability and efficiency. This position is based in Querétaro, Mexico.
Requirements
- Engineering bachelor Ìs degree
- Minimum of 4-year experience in operations, manufacturing and maintenance
- Fluent Spanish and English
- Minimum 6-year experience in leadership skills
