The Life Enrichment Manager & Cognitive Care Specialist is responsible for leading the development and advancement of Life Enrichment programming and cognitive care across Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living at Kendal at Lexington.

Requirements

• Lead the development and advancement of Life Enrichment programming
• Develop and implement dementia-capable programming
• Provide education and guidance to staff on dementia best practices
• Oversee daily Life Enrichment programming
• Supervise and develop Life Enrichment staff
