Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Clinical Negligence Law
• Handling varied caseload of pre-litigated and litigated files
• Independently conducting cases from start to finish
• Supporting junior staff members
• Meeting targets set by the firm
• Conducting investigations and reviews
• Undertaking Court Telephone Hearings
• Maintaining case management, billing, and management information systems
