Job Description
The Membership Advisor is responsible for evaluating and presenting how the club can meet the needs of prospective members, focusing on a 100% adherence to the Sales Makers process. The position involves a flexible schedule with evenings and weekends, and a focus on hitting sales goals. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a deep understanding of the Sales Makers process. The Advisor will be responsible for contacting prospective members daily, making appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
- Must be highly motivated

- College degree preferred
- CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications (must be obtained within 60 days of hire)
