MMS Analyst

Role Overview

The MMS Analyst is responsible for analyzing, configuring, implementing, and maintaining the Maintenance Management System (MMS) IBM Maximo for Keolis MHI. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand and gather business requirements, and leveraging Maximo functionalities to optimize asset management processes.

What You Will Do

Conduct thorough analysis and requirements gathering, develop Business Requirement Specification (BRS) documents, configure and customize the IBM Maximo system, and drive continuous improvements to working practices and processes.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience of Maximo 7.6.x or higher, hands-on knowledge and experience of Maximo Mobile, and experience of project management to lead system related workstreams.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge and experience of Maximo 7.6.x or higher
• Hands-on knowledge and experience of Maximo Mobile
• Experience of project management to lead system related workstreams
• Excellent working knowledge of location and asset hierarchy and attributes, PM hierarchy, Job Plan structure
• Excellent working knowledge of application workflows
• Excellent SQL with an ability to write complex queries
• Fluent in English
