Job Description
Join Keyloop as an Implementation Consultant to guide clients through the implementation process of our solutions, analysing business needs, configuring systems, and providing training.
Requirements
- Conduct needed analyses and translate requirements into functional and technical solutions.
- Configure, test, and implement our software at client sites.
- Advise clients on process improvement and best practices.
- Deliver workshops and training sessions for key users and end users.
- Document configurations, processes, and deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with development, support, and project management teams.
- Provide assistance with incident resolution and change requests.
