Ensure product meets quality and reliability standards, perform failure analysis, and make necessary improvements. Continuously embark on initiatives to enhance product yield, quality, reliability, and cost improvement. Solve manufacturing/hardware related issues and provide support to production.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Microelectronics, Telecommunications, or a similar discipline. Relevant working experience in the same field is a plus.
