Silicon Photonics Application Development Engineer

Role Overview

This opportunity is for an application development engineer at an industry solution team in Electronic Industry Solutions Group, responsible for delivering manufacturing solutions to the semiconductor industry.

What You Will Do

Develop and support applications for new and existing solutions, collaborate with field solution engineers and internal development teams, and act as a bridge between customers and R&D.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the test & measurement, semiconductor, or electronics industry
• Hands-on experience with electrical measurement techniques and tools
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English (both written and verbal)
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese (equivalent to JLPT N1 or higher)
• Proven ability to manage projects and execute plans effectively
