Fire Alarm Technician

Role Overview

The Fire Alarm Technician is responsible for independently performing core technical functions related to the service of fire alarm systems. This position requires industry knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and best practices to ensure systems are operating in compliance with applicable codes and standards.

What You Will Do

Perform maintenance and service of fire alarm systems, diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, and complete standard service calls without direct supervision.

Requirements

• Fire Alarm License (FAL)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the fire and life safety industry as a technician
• NICET Level I or above
• Strong understanding of fire alarm systems, components, and troubleshooting methods
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Clean driving record and active driver’s license
