Yum! Brands is seeking a Senior Manager, US International Tax - Quantitative to manage a US-based team responsible for timely and accurate completion of international tax returns. This role involves leading international tax projects and providing international tax advice. Requirements
- Supervise international tax returns (e.g., 5471, 5472, 8858, 8865, 1118, 8990, 8991, 8992, 8993).
- Oversee calculations for Subpart F, earnings, and foreign tax credits.
- Oversee disclosure statement and election preparation related to international acquisitions, restructurings, and tax planning.
- Track foreign subsidiaries, including PTEP and stock basis.
- Ensure proper US entity classification elections.
