APPLICATIONS ANALYST III LAWSON SUPPLY CHAIN

The Applications Analyst III - Lawson Supply Chain is responsible for designing, configuring, testing, implementing and supporting Lawson/Infor 10 enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders, end users, and IT teams to optimize system configuration, function, and access.

Requirements

• Collaborate with key stakeholders, end users, and IT teams to optimize system configuration, function, and access
• Evaluate and resolve problem tickets, customer requests, and system performance issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve application errors and system issues
• Test the system and assist with the design and testing of system reports
• Lead and take ownership for the build and maintenance of system dictionaries, profiles, tables, and other configuration points
• Manage system enhancement requests directly with the vendor and IT Technical teams
• Lead and/or facilitate system design, validation, and/or remediation sessions
