Operations Manager

Kimball Equipment Company is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their growing team. The Operations Manager will support all operational functions at the location, including the warehouse, inside sales, outside sales, and service teams.

Requirements

• Prior experience in operations management (dealership or equipment industry experience is a plus)
• 5+ years of progressive operations or management experience in an industrial, construction, manufacturing, or service-based environment
• Ability to respond quickly, prioritize effectively, and make sound decisions in a dynamic environment
