As a District Sales Manager, you are accountable for hiring and developing a team of sales professionals and growing the area. We are a people business at our core, treating both customers and associates with the same respect.
Attract sales talent, develop sales associates, cultivate strong relationships with customers, plan and prioritize customer stops and territory growth, meet or exceed sales quotas, and maintain accurate records of daily sales activities.
2-4 years of experience in hiring, training, and/or managing individuals and teams, ability to move to and from customer and associates' locations, and a proven track record of sales success.
