Requirements
- Previous experience in Hospitality maintenance, construction or building required
- Electrical, HVAC, plumbing and mechanical certifications preferred
- Ability to effectively present information, complete daily reports and respond to questions from leaders, guests and the general public in English
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
- Ability to solve guest issues and deal with competing priorities
- Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry a minimum of 50 lbs
