Production Worker

Role Overview

We are recruiting for production workers for our Kinrise Baking team at Hallam. The role involves working in a team, meeting production targets, and supporting others through buddy training.

What You Will Do

Perform key tasks in operating machinery, mixing ingredients to recipe specifications, and completing compliance documents accurately.

Requirements

• Previous experience with mixing ingredients to recipe specifications
• Able to perform key tasks in operating machinery (set up, operate, fault find and shut down)
• Strong communication, literacy, numeracy, and basic computer skills
• Detail-oriented, effective at problem solving, and complete compliance documents accurately
