Our client is a fast-growing startup in the technology sector, dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to meet evolving market needs. They are seeking a dynamic and detail-driven professional to lead their finance function.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or above in Finance & Accounting, Professional Accountancy, Business Administration (major in accounting), or related fields.
• Professional qualification in HKICPA, CPAA, ACCA, or equivalent.
• At least 7-10 years of relevant accounting experience, including a minimum of 3 years managing teams and leading accounting operations, preferably in a startup environment.
• Experience with Xero accounting software is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of accounting frameworks, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent multitasking, project management, and leadership skills.
• Self-motivated, thrives under pressure, and meets tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Adaptable, humble team player comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
