Leasing Senior Officer / Assistant Manager (Retail)

Requirements

• Degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in retail leasing
• Proficient in drafting leasing letters, tenancy agreements, and fitting out processes
• Comprehensive understanding of the global retail landscape and emerging retail trends
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
