Job Description
This position is for a Professional Services Certified Coding Reviewer within the Health Information Management Safety Sensitive area. The role involves ensuring data quality, coding medical records and charge reports, and providing coding education to ensure accurate billing and insurance claim audits. The position requires dependability, teamwork, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, Medical Terminology
- Understanding of CMS coding and billing guidelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
- Computer literacy
