Job Description
The Med Surg Lead RN is responsible for coordinating nursing personnel, patient care quality and patient satisfaction, and nursing process and compliance. The successful candidate will serve as a liaison between patients, staff, and management, and will be expected to support KHI's vision to be among the kindest, highest quality health systems in the country.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Nursing or graduate of a Nursing Diploma program
- Licensed and currently registered as an RN in the state of Arizona
- Maintains BLS/ACLS/PALS through American Heart Association or American Red Cross, TNCC, De-escalation techniques, NRP, Basic EKG, and ESI
- Minimum of 1 year's experience as an RN
