Registered Dietician, Greater Napanee Health Home

The Registered Dietitian provides community-based nutritional care functions in the prevention and management of diabetes. They participate in the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of programs and services for individuals, families and the community that are affected by diabetes.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in foods and nutrition from a recognized university
• Current registration as a Registered Dietitian with the College of Dietitians of Ontario
• Demonstrated experience working with people who have diabetes
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant community nutrition experience
• Certified Diabetes Educators (CDE) certification or in progress
• Valid Driver's License, valid insurance coverage, and access to vehicle
• Current and satisfactory Criminal and Vulnerable Persons Check
