Job Description
Kiva Sales & Service is looking for a Director of Warehouse Operations to lead end-to-end operational performance across warehousing, fulfillment, logistics, inventory, and customer delivery for two distribution warehouses in Alameda, CA and Van Nuys, CA.
Requirements
- 8+ years of operations leadership experience
- Proven experience operating at scale with real complexity
- Demonstrated track record of building metric-driven teams and delivering measurable operational improvements
