VoIP Engineer

Kleva is a platform with artificial intelligence agents that automates debt collection management. We are looking for a VoIP Engineer to be the owner and scale our telephony infrastructure across Latin America.

Requirements

• Manage and expand SIP trunking connections with carriers in Latam
• Provision, rotate, and manage DIDs in multiple countries
• Monitor and optimize call quality, latency, and connection rates
• Advanced troubleshooting of carrier problems
• Perform end-to-end onboarding of new telephony providers
• Manage SBC configuration, SIP signaling, and RTP media routes
• Handle KYC and regulatory requirements for local number provision in each country
• Build monitoring and alerting systems for trunk health, CPS capacity, and call completion rates
• Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate telephony infrastructure with our Voice AI pipeline
