The Traffic Controller Manager is responsible for the supervision and success of the Miami, FL transfer station.

Requirements

• Direct traffic in and out of the transfer station
• Communicate with Dispatch
• Manage equipment counts to reflect customer needs
• Supervise and train drivers
• Manage movement of equipment to ensure efficient workflow
• Enforce all safety policies and procedures and conduct regular inspections
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations
• Manage operation and maintenance of heavy equipment
• Tarping required
