The Environment, Health, and Safety Assistant Manager is expected to perform tasks quickly and efficiently, with a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude. The role involves overseeing and managing overall general safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures, and working with various businesses and partners to create value through the development of innovative solutions to environmental, social, and governance challenges.
Requirements
- 5 years' experience in OSH management
- Must be a registered nurse
- DOLE Accredited OSH Practitioner
- Proficient with spreadsheets and Microsoft applications
- Strong attention to detail and desire to follow procedure
- Good decision-making and problem-solving skills
- High customer service orientation and the ability to effectively communicate
- High level of integrity, honesty, and judgment
- Ability to operate basic office equipment such as computers, copiers, and printers
- Advanced OSH training (LCM, SPAT, Emergency Management or equivalent)
- Skilled in conducting training on environmental, health, and safety procedures
- Ability to conduct safety investigations and reports
- Ability to prepare written reports on EHS
- Ability to deal with people and high-level clients
- Interpersonal and Coordination Skills, including technical writing skills
