Operations Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading operations for the effective and successful management of productivity, quality, accuracy of information flow and management, business processes and reporting.

Requirements

• Daily coordination with Managers
• Project mapping and resource planning
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
• Coordinate in-field management as necessary
• Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic planning and reviews; prepares and complete action plans
• Implement productivity and quality standards
• Identify problems and resolutions
• Analyze process workflow and employee requirements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
• Use and continually develop leadership skills
• Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
• Perform other related duties as assigned and needed.
