The People Operations Specialist will support the HR team with high-volume HR activities, including background checks, HR data management, and administrative responsibilities.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of prior experience in an HR Specialist/Generalist role
• Experience with Workday and HRIS Systems
• Experience with ticketing systems (Servicenow preferred)
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone preferred)
• Experience with electronic file systems (Box preferred)
• Highly organized with ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks
• Proficient in outlook and recruiting applicant tracking systems
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality
• High-energy, driven, articulate, and friendly personality with a customer-service mindset
• Previous experience managing background check programs is highly desired
• Experience supporting recruitment and HR activity supporting a tech company
