Requirements

• design, develop, and maintain complex software solutions with a focus on Java/J2EE
• analyze complex requirements, create technical concepts, and implement them efficiently in the team
• conduct code reviews, ensure software quality, and support junior developers as a mentor
• supervise external developers who implement designs according to specifications
• integrate third-party APIs and systems and optimize existing software solutions
• work closely with interdisciplinary teams
