The Remote Control Center monitors customer installations, proactively implements preventative measures, and provides technical support. They analyze customer problems using data from automated warehouses and ensure efficient communication between customers and technical departments. The role requires strong problem-solving and communication skills in an international context.

• strong SQL and Linux knowledge
