We are seeking a Specification Manager to lead major projects, build and maintain pipelines and relationships, and provide technical assistance and training to the local sales team. The role involves identifying and engaging potential customers, creating designs and specifications, and monitoring on-site construction.
Requirements
- University or College Degree in Engineering or Architecture
- Prior experience within the Manufacturing/Engineering/Construction Industry
- 3-5 years’ experience in selling high-quality systems tendered by architects, planners, and general contractors
- Specialised knowledge in the Façade market, exterior wall applications, construction materials or with similar products
- Ability to undertake intensive travel intrastate
- Full and Unrestricted Australian working rights
- Valid Police Check
- Valid driver’s license
- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Successful completion of pre-employment medical
