Technical Lead - Software Development

Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Lead to combine their technical development with coaching and inspiring others. The role involves developing software in exciting projects, contributing to teams working with the entire technology stack, and coaching colleagues to help them grow and reach their full potential.

What You Will Do

Develop software in projects such as defense industry or automotive, contribute to teams working with the entire technology stack, coach and support colleagues, and explore areas such as computer vision and sensor technology in combination with AI.

The ideal candidate is confident in their competence but still curious and learning, likes to work in teams, and has a humble approach to problem-solving. They should have an engineering degree or equivalent experience, at least 8 years of experience as a software developer, and good knowledge of languages such as C++, C#, and Python.

• Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English
