Job Description
We're seeking a Partner Manager to join our team at KNIME in Berlin, Konstanz or Munich. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the DACH partner strategy, recruiting and onboarding new partners, enabling and empowering existing partners, co-selling and driving revenue, and managing and growing the partner ecosystem.
Requirements
- Proactive and strategic thinker with a strong background in sales and partner management
- Analytical and use data to make decisions
- Expert in DACH market
- Successful track record in sales, operations, channel partnerships, customer success, or account management
- Ability to build and manage sales and channel partnerships
- Experience in data science / data analytics (ideal, but not required)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- English and German language proficiency
- Healthy sense of humor
