Material Handler

Material Handler II – Logistics is responsible for picking materials, performing second checks on orders, loading and unloading shipments, receiving product, and preparing materials for shipment in a warehouse environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a material handling, warehouse, or logistics role.
• Proven reliability and punctuality; must be on time and ready to work each scheduled day.
• Ability to repeatedly bend, squat, and lift in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with inventory control practices and procedures.
• Steel toe shoes and safety glasses must be always worn while on the warehouse floor.
• Experience operating a fork truck (stand up) for product movement throughout the warehouse.
• Proficiency with warehouse computer systems, including scanner guns and ERP systems, and the ability to navigate multiple system screens.
