KONE is seeking a Sales Engineer for Modernization business in Dubai, UAE office to lead and develop relationships between KONE and strategic customers, generate new opportunities, and develop solutions to add value to customers.
Requirements
- Proactively hunt for new opportunities, develop and create customer relationships
- Ensure customer satisfaction and solve complaints with the rest of the KONE team
- Document and maintain the customer and contact information
- Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets
- Accountable for finding customer needs and KONE's solution matching those needs
- Maintain full information of opportunities, tasks, and visits, while keeping CRM up to date
