QA Engineer

Role Overview

Join our Fintech company in Mexico to build the future of finance. As a QA Engineer, you will use AI-powered tools to ensure a perfect customer experience. You will be responsible for end-to-end test coverage of critical customer journeys in our web application and mobile apps.

What You Will Do

Manage test coverage, evaluate and select autonomous testing platforms, define and document customer journey test scenarios, integrate test sets into CI/CD pipelines, monitor and prioritize test failures.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) areas
• Experience with modern AI tools (such as Testsigma, Katalon, or similar)
• Ability to analyze and explain failures
• Experience in integrating automated test sets into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar)
• Knowledge of web (browser-based) and mobile (iOS/Android) testing environments
