Windows Desktop Administrator (TS/SCI)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Windows Desktop Administrator with an active TS/SCI clearance to provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and systems administration across enterprise Windows environments.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI Clearance
• Associate’s degree in information technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for Windows environments.
• Experience supporting hardware, software, and peripheral devices in enterprise environments.
• Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Secret clearance (active clearance preferred).
