We are looking for a senior technical support engineer to join our research and development center of excellence, supporting critical communication solutions in the railway sector. The role requires technical expertise and attention to detail to ensure the proper functioning of vital systems for passenger safety and railway operations.
Requirements
- Higher education (Bac +5) with a specialization in Telecommunications
- In-depth knowledge of networks and telecommunications, 4G/5G/IMS/MCx, and 3GPP standards
- Solid Linux and IP routing bases, with a plus for virtualization understanding
- Demonstrated professional experience in technical support, testing, integration, and validation
- Mastery of network analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark) and understanding of dataflow calls
- Excellent analytical skills, able to capture and interpret traces
- Ability to work in a team, communicate effectively, and resolve problems independently
- Recognized ability to interact in English (reading, speaking, writing)
- Passion for technology, critical system security, and ongoing learning
