(Mid/Senior) Innovation Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Innovation Manager to join our team and help shape the future of digital transformation in the life sciences industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of science, technology, and entrepreneurship.

Requirements

• Manage together with the Director Innovation the innovation project portfolio
• Support teams evaluate innovation and business potential and strategic fit of ideas
• Lead projects through the innovation pipeline: from idea generation to validation and implementation
• Identify and assess new technologies, business models, and trends in pharma and life sciences
• Cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders from sales, product and services globally
• Drive internal awareness and external visibility of the company’s innovation activities
• Develop and refine innovation processes, including organizing ideation workshops, hackathons, and design thinking sessions internally and with customers
