Solution Consultant L2

Körber is looking for a Solution Consultant L2 to participate in projects and work with teams to configure, test, and implement warehouse management system (WMS) solutions for customers using supply chain execution platforms. The role involves collaborating with project teams and customers on-site to gather business requirements, develop technical designs, conduct system testing and demonstrations, and deliver end-user training to optimize warehouse operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or associate's degree in supply chain, information systems, or a related field
• Experience working with Warehouse Management System implementations
• Experience working with customers and stakeholders to build professional relationships, resolve issues collaboratively, and deliver desired outcomes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Basic understanding of WMS or enterprise software implementation processes
• Familiarity with warehouse operations including inventory management, receiving, picking, and shipping processes
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies and processes
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, and team members at all levels
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
