RECEPTION

The Receptionist position provides administrative support to the RCAC and CBRF community, acting as a resident focal point while improving core processes. This role involves clerical duties, coordinating information flow, and completing projects as assigned, with a focus on resident satisfaction. It is considered the 'face' of the community and includes potential for on-call or shift flexibility.

Requirements

• Greet, interact with, and direct residents, family members, guests, and vendors professionally.
• Answer telephone calls and maintain office equipment.
• Manage mail and newspaper delivery.
• Assist with marketing efforts.
