Kotak Mahendra Bank is seeking a Principal-Software Engineering-SUPPORT SERVICES-Applications-CTB to lead a critical product engineering team. The team focuses on leading a team of engineers and promoting a culture of technical excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Software Engineering experience
- 5+ years in a leadership role
- Proven ability to recruit and lead high-performance engineering teams
- Exceptional technical credibility
- Extensive experience in end-to-end application development
- Proficiency in UI technologies (Angular, React.js, Node.js, full-stack)
- Expertise in NoSQL technologies
- Familiarity with workflow tools, Elastic Search, Kibana, and Logstash
- Agile Methodology experience for enterprise software
- Strong understanding of Kafka, Redis, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, Solr, Docker, Kubernetes
