Software Engineering II-SUPPORT SERVICES-CTO Head

Kotak Group is seeking a Software Engineering II/3 to join their team in Mumbai, Bangalore, or Hyderabad. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing software solutions, solving business problems through innovation, and contributing to the SDLC. The company focuses on transforming banking by leveraging technology to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in JAVA, J2EE, or Python, Spring stack
• Well-versed with OOP concepts and design patterns
• Good understanding of data structure and algorithms
• Strong experience with Database systems like RDBMS (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (Dynamo, MongoDB)
• Experience in building Microservices
• Knowledge of Docker and containerization
• Good experience with messaging platforms like Kafka, RabbitMQ
• Knowledge in CI/CD Pipeline and Dev Ops tools
• Knowledge in Cloud Services such as AWS or Azure
• Knowledge in Domain Driven Design
• Passionate and having depth knowledge in agile, Kanban process
• Good communications skills
• Prior work experience in the product engineering/development
• Good to have prior experience in Indian Banking segment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field of study
• Good to have Certifications
